Comment Link Lacresha Samano October, 06 2026I have been battling terrible water quality for too many years to count, and made the decision to get a SoftPro Elite Water Softener set up earlier this year. The difference was honestly surprising — within the first few weeks, there was a clear difference in the reduction in scale buildup on fixtures.A tip I'd pass along — before you order or size your system, get a proper read on your water hardness and iron content. Those readings will tell you whether you need the standard configuration or the high-efficiency setup. Skipping that step can mean undersizing the unit, which nobody wants. Getting it up and running was easier than I expected, just make sure whoever installs it knows what they're doing with the brine tank setup. Ongoing maintenance is minimal — mainly just refilling the salt and doing occasional checks. So my water lovers, I'd absolutely recommend the SoftPro Elite Water Softener is worth every penny. Happy to answer any questions in the comments.
